Embassy Priority – Terms & Conditions
1. Platform Overview
The Platform enables users to:
- View Embassy projects and related content
- Register referral leads
- Submit enquiries for repeat purchases
- Earn and redeem reward points
- Access offers and events curated under Embassy Priority
2. Eligibility and Access
- Use of the Platform is available to individuals legally competent to contract under Indian law.
- Embassy reserves the right to restrict or terminate access at its discretion.
3. Referrals and Rewards
- Referral submissions are subject to verification and internal approval.
- Embassy does not guarantee any benefit, reward, or conversion from referrals.
- Reward points have no cash value and are non‑transferable unless expressly stated.
4. Third‑Party Rewards – XOXOday
- Reward redemption may be facilitated through XOXOday, a third‑party platform.
- Embassy does not control or operate XOXOday and shall not be responsible for reward availability, fulfilment, or service quality.
- All redemptions are subject to XOXOday’s terms and conditions and privacy policy.
5. Embassy Developments Limited Offers
- Offers displayed on the Platform are provided by respective Embassy group companies.
- Each offer is subject to its own terms, conditions, and validity.
- Embassy reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers without prior notice.
6. Communication Consent
By submitting your contact details, you authorise Embassy and its authorised partners to contact you via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other electronic means regarding Embassy Priority, notwithstanding DND registration, subject to applicable law and user preferences.
7. Intellectual Property
All Platform content is the intellectual property of Embassy or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Embassy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, business interruption, or reputational loss, arising out of or in connection with (i) access to or use of the Platform, (ii) participation in the Embassy Priority program, or (iii) reliance on any information, content, offers, or communications made available on the Platform.
The Platform and all information, services, rewards, and offers made available thereon are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Embassy makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Embassy shall not be responsible or liable for any offers, products, services, benefits, or redemptions provided by third-party vendors, partners, or service providers (including reward partners such as XOXOday), nor for any acts, omissions, defaults, delays, failures, deficiencies, or disputes arising from such third parties. Any engagement with third-party vendors is undertaken solely at the user’s discretion and risk.
Where payments or transactions are facilitated through third-party payment gateways, banking systems, or technology platforms, Embassy shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, failure, error, or unauthorised transaction arising therefrom.
Embassy shall not be responsible or liable for any offers, products, services, or benefits provided by third‑party vendors, partners, or service providers (including reward partners such as XOXOday), nor for any acts, omissions, defaults, delays, or deficiencies on their part.
Any payments or transactions, where applicable, may be processed through third‑party payment gateways or banking systems. Embassy shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, failure, delay, or error arising from such payment gateways, transaction processing mechanisms, or banking systems.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
